I take a break from the storm of Lauren and Jake’s lives, and face instead, the storm raging outside. Buffeted by sheets of rain and a wind, part friend, part foe, I go looking for inspiration. Or at least something to brush the cobwebs from my head.
Three and a half thousand words later, and I’m a happy writer today. Not quite broke the back of it, but I have the white whale in my sights.
